WordPress & BuddyPress Developer

Description:

We are looking for a Front-End Developer with Exceptional WordPress skills and experience. PHP proficiency is highly desirable. Sys admin experience is a bonus. The position will entail:

1. Creating and maintaining WordPress and BuddyPress sites
2. Customizing and editing WordPress plugins
3. BuddyPress theming and troubleshooting
4. Preparing project roadmaps and estimates for client work

Requirements:

We want someone who’s skilled and can take responsibility quickly. In addition, we’re seeking:

1. Excellent working knowledge and experience with WordPress theming, HTML, CSS, and jQuery
2. Experienced and proficient with responsive design and development
3. Ability to set up and build new WordPress sites, customize existing sites
4. Technical knowledge for maintaining WordPress, Multisite and BuddyPress websites
5. Good communication skills
6. Should be easily contactable by email or Skype
7. Friendly and eager to learn new skills
8. Dependability and attention to deadlines and details

Part Time:

10-30 hours per week to start with possibility of becoming full-time.
